At this point, how far is 6g? Do you think your next major breakthrough could possibly results in 5.80g sub? Or we still going to be in the 5.75 territory?
Not sure yet. There is a lot of work to do on harvesting Beast and optimizing the skeleton script for 6G yet, but the question is whether circumstances will allow me the time to do so. I'm trying to do a little work on the skeleton script each time I build something, but Beast is going to be a beast, and I will have to spend probably more than a month just extracting, translating, transferring and optimizing the modules from that alone.
I don't know if there will be a next major breakthrough ( suspect there's at least one more), or if so, when it will happen. I also have pretty much decided that I'm going to stick with version numbers 5.75.xG until I have done the transfer from Beast and perhaps finished optimizing the skeleton script. We will probably be at 5.75.6G for a little while from here. Most of the remaining job to get to 6G is optimizing Platinum Lake, skeleton script, and transferring Beast modules.

Should I use it this way? 5 days off seems different than most of other sub instructions
"Use this program 2 loops per day for 3 days on and then take 5 days off. Run all loops back to back to prevent breaking the Audio to Silence Ratio Balance (ASRB) and losing its benefits."
5 days off is aimed at allowing you to find the best timing for yourself. Observe the falloff for 5 days, and then adjust your days off to the maximum amount of time you can still feel it working, but which doesn't make you feel exhausted.
You can also experiment with increasing days on and loops per day. UMS was one of the first programs
