Well, no idea how often those "conditions" would be diagnosed in the same patients, but I'm thinking it more like (1) the psychological causes could be similar or maybe anxiety about the same thing in the environment could trigger one for someone amd the other for someone else. Also (2), an athlete of some imagined sport could be very successful if he was very strong and had the endurance and control to keep it up. If he was not that strong or would fatigue immediate, then he would not be on the podium. So more performance enhancement than treating conditions.
