I've lost my girlfriend of 3 years and it's hit me really hard. My number one goal for the next 6 months is to become self sufficient and non-needy, as I've realised over 3 years I became dependent on her for my happiness, and now without her it feels like I'm left with just broken pieces and not sure which way to go.
I've got both AM6 and LTU5. As far as I understand, AM6 is the ultimate for non-neediness, but then LTU5 is obviously more advanced tech. Considering my goal, which would you suggest please? Thank you.
Hi Ichigo,
I'm going through a very similar situation after 5 years. I ran LTU5 for about 4 months and I believe it helped with the healing process. However, I still felt needy and it was preventing me from being as happy as I should be. I started running the AM6 refresher and I'm much less needy, more comfortable in my own skin and understanding that it is fine being single for now.
LTU5 cannot prevent you from being happy. It can focus you on self improvement, which may require you to do work that results in you being too busy "working at it" to relax and be fully happy in some directions - until you finish the job. But that depends on how you choose to work on what LTU5 is trying to accomplish.
