Typically how many loops should be played each day (given that we have the days on and off covered)?
Of what program?
Sorry thought I mentioned it- I am referring to UMS
Right now it is my observation that most people seem to do best with between 4 and 8 loops. I suspect 5-8 will be even better. I started using 8 loops one night and then 3-5 days off to plow through my own resistance, and it has had a lot of positive effects, since I stopped getting cranky for a couple days afterward. Things are really starting to turn around.
Interesting. Similar here. Last night my subconscious coined 8 loops out of nowhere, slightly preferred over 5 as a "stepping up the game" to bad, I couldnt get these hours fully in due appointments and obligations.
Now my question is, as my subconscious keep coining loops, when should I let it bloom, or should I keep following those instructions? From what I understand something huge is being worked on underneath the surface.
Is it telling you a new number of loops to do every day?
