I'll agree with Shannon. I was much in a similar situation when I started. AM first time makes HUGE changes, definitely... or atleast it seemed that way before with older versions, I know Shannon now makes it so you don't really notice the changes as much because you accept them as how you've always been... BUT, the first run-through seemed like more a sampling for me after all was done, it stuck around but definitely wasn't as strong as 2nd or 3rd time. Like scratching the surface and the following runs dig deeper and deeper and are much easier, definitely.
But you definitely do sound like I did in the beginning. Hell, I couldn't even talk to a single person or go out alone even though I did manage some restaurants at a young age. You're gonna learn a lot about yourself and really make significant progress because I can tell you really want to. Keep at it and enjoy the next run!
