Just using AM6 stage 7 is a bad idea, it's not going to work too well or as effectivelly and will probably just overwhelm you if you haven't done the whole program. I'm not sure where you got that idea from.
I'm curious why we don't have your perspective or understanding on the matter?
Anyway LTU is a good start, it's designed to be used a minimum of 6 months.
