So the best idea is to run AM6 at least two times and than use refresher, right?
Many guys are hasty and dishonest with themselves about where they're at with AM, because they want to get to the magnets to attract women. So they disregard the constant warnings about having a strong AM foundation for magnets to work, and let beta thinking and scarcity mindsets and impatience and neediness control them and rush to the magnet. The fact that those things still exist in them is PROOF they don't have a solid AM core, but they disregard that and rush to the magnet before they're ready. They don't fully absorb the programming of AM due to this impatient nature and needy attitude, and let all that get the better of them and end up failing in the magnet and saying it didn't work for them.
Commit to the fact that to attain 100%-as-permanent-as-possible-retainment of the program, 3-4 runs is generally required, as a worst case scenario, according to the creator, and obviously, to ONLY use Shannon's subs, no other form of mind programming. At that point, you have two options, only do AM6, 4 times back to back, and have epic mastery of AM6 in two years maximum. OR, do what I am likely to do, and alternate AM6 with a magnet program like SM3 or WM2 every year. Commit to 4 runs of each and have both done and the closest to mastery as possible in 4 years maximum. Either way, the choice is yours. And obviously, you get massive growth and experiences with women etc. along the way, so don't look at those numbers and think you have to commit yourself to all that amount of time, in order to get any benefit at all ONLY starting from the end point onward.
Very exciting time for you. Epic change is ahead!
I have to agree with you. I was one of those people who rushed through AM so I could run through WM. I saw lack luster results and I now know why that is. It wasn't because WM didn't work, it was because I didn't have a solid foundation with AM to make WM work. Which is why I am now going to be running AM6 several times before I move onto SM3.
