AM gave me a lot of internal improvements and doing the last stage of it, I felt that there wasn't much more I could get out of it. AM changed me in a lot of ways all for the better and my foundation was strong. It's still good but some of the minor effects seem to have gone off. AYP's don't require this "foundation" so there's no reason why manifestations shouldn't happen. I will run both AM and WM again but from my experience of their effects I don't want to be single when I do
It isn't an "argument" friend, it's from Shannon himself. Giving you a lot of changes (which is subjective and vague), is different than total, permanent mastery of the program. Your periods of negativity and insecurity point to your AM foundation not being as strong as you may think. Any program used until it's strong will likely be built on shaky ground I fear. Remember, even Shannon has said he's had to do many runs of AM before it became entrenched, some need more, there's zero shame in it. Plus, the magnet's success or failure largely rests on AM's foundation beforehand as he's said before.
I wasn't talking about AYP for foundation, I never made that connection...I said in the terms of *growth*. If you GROW after, by using other subs, then you change, and that person may not be the "perfect" person anymore. That's also been discussed before by Shannon. So using an AYP before you've done several runs of AM, WM or whatever, may not give you the result you think it will in the end.
In the end, you'll do what you will, I just didn't want you to shortchange yourself, mate.
