As long as he keeps an open-mind and continues his self-development, it's not a matter of "if" but "when" she will appear. One thing I'm learning after doing some research of Law of Attraction, the user has to believe his manifestation has already happened. That's one of the reasons why Shannon said, "Set it and Forget it."
The "Law of Attraction" is only one of several "Universal Laws" that all need to be understood in order to get the results. The "Law of Attraction" isn't even the most powerful of those laws. The Law of Attraction only works if you obey the other laws that matter to it. Those include (among others), in layman's terms:
You have to provide clarity of intent and desire.
You have to provide enough energy to cause the change, both internally and externally.
You have to step out of the way and not interfere with the process.
The program gives clarity of intent and desire.
The program provides direction to the provision of energy, although it is a steady trickle in comparison to the active manifestation process, which is why it takes about 8 times a long to do it passively on average.
The stepping out of the way... that you have to do yourself.
You cannot sail to Trinidad if the Captain is giving orders and the helmsman is trying to run interference. That's about what is happening: The subconscious is doing what the program is directing it to do, but the conscious mind is afraid and is in effect self sabotaging. It's basically cockblocking yourself out of fear that you might succeed.
The Law of Attract works, but only when you obey the other laws that it depends on. Self sabotaging is not going to get you anywhere, regardless of how much or how well the law works.
