day 48 today
have noticed some changes in my mindset
before i started the program, my mindset was, all the good women are taken, its hard to meet someone i would like who likes me in return, etc etc
past couple of days, i noticed my mindset has changed to know that its going to happen... feeling more positive... the negative thoughts abt how im gonna meet her is fading and now theres a buzz like feeling of anticipation... not sure how to describe it... its one of the feelings you have when you intuitively know "a good plan is coming together"
ofcourse, if i try to think about the past, i still am able to bring up the negative feelings, but overall predominately my feelings is now of anticipation instead of despair
ofcoz i know these count for nothing unless there's physical results... and the fall is harder if theres no physical results after the increased positive feelings... fingers crossed
Some secondary changes in my life
- got discharged from long term treatment for a medical condition i had
- got a job after searching for 6 months and this time the job found me almost magically... most likely will start sometime in Jan
- won a 2D/1N stay at a hotel in a random lucky draw... den again i dont have nayone to go with unless i use it as a solo stay
