How do you make sure that the amount of volume you use is enough with ultrasonics? I mean sometimes I'm watching a movie and the volume might be a bit high so not sure what volume to set it on. Don't want to risk hearing loss. With trickling it's easy though, however it might be ineffective with trickling since the actual volume of the script is much lower than the trickling sound, so the movie could make me not hear the sub at all.
