Thank you AVB2011 for posting your journal. I've read through most of it and I'm impressed by your final results of AM 5. I'm also impressed by the way you dealt with when it was difficult for you. Hats off!
Thanks again. You're an inspiration and proof to others that people can change and that Shannon's subliminals work. I'm still kind of new to Shannon's subliminals and I haven't found out for myself yet whether they work for me. However, by reading your and other people's journals here, I'm inspired to be persistent and patient.
