Out of curiosity, and to clear up some confusion:
Is the FRM 6.1 in a 6G program (OGSF 3) more effective than FRM 6.1 in a 5.9G program (OF4)? I've just noticed that the FRM hasn't been/needed to be upgraded in a while.
