I agree with this.  Those programs can work with the pre-verbal parts of your mind effectively, but they seem to need considerable time to do that.  OGSF seems to be better for this than the current version of EHPRA.

And what would generally be the most effective way to work through these parts? With high exposure?

So far as I have seen, you need to have the right balance of volume, time on, time off and overall usage time.
