I'd love if you could provide us some reading materials about this, some books or links. I tried to find them by myself in the past unsuccessfully.
I have found the classic shieldings in meditations: the bubbles, waterfalls, etc. For DRS I think you have to visualize a mirror.... But have not been able to find  anything more advanced than those...

I guess I can't justify your question because if someone gave you the technique and you could learn it yourself, subliminals would no longer be necessary. That's how mind power works. That's how people work too.

Hardly.  You can easily find books, courses, videos and training on developing self confidence, masculinity, life improvement and a wide variety of other things we offer as subliminal titles.  The reason people choose subliminals is because they are one or more of faster, easier, more convenient and/or more successful.

This isn't the place for me to be teaching advanced shielding, and even if it was, you have to master intermediate shielding and basic shielding first.  Even basic shielding is mastered by very few people because they're not willing to put in the consistent effort to do so.  It takes years to be ready to learn how to do an advanced shield manually.  And then, even I can't do a BHS manually that does all of what my subliminal BHS does.  Subliminals allow me to make things effortless and automatic even for people who have no training, and take those things to a degree that even I cannot do all of at once manually.

That's why I'm not teaching how to do it manually, and that's why people use subliminals.
