Can i ask about the mechanics of BlackHole Shield / sublims in general

As far as my noob mind so far comprehends - sublims are :

high pitch noise that subconscious picks up - with embed 'verbally narrated' affirmation scripts' - and operating on some mhz vibration  (lol this is all probably like old G technology)



Long story short - it makes ourselves operate / think / vibrate / perform..

Subliminals can exist in different forms.  The term refers to information that you receive - through any of your senses - that falls into a special band which is undetectable (or at least, indecipherable) to the conscious awareness of that sense, but detectable and decipherable to the more sensitive subconscious part of that sense.

A taste, a smell, a sound, a touch, and a visual can therefore all be subliminal, or contain subliminal information.  "Subliminals" are almost always going to be audio only, and you may find some audio and visual subliminals.  How audio subliminals work is what I deal in. 

There are multiple ways to make subliminalized audio.  That is why we have multiple "formats".  There us ultrasonic format, and there is masked format.  Ultrasonic us as you mention a very high pitched sound which has effectively had the subliminalized instruction set "pressed into it", so that it reproduces the same at a sufficiently high pitch to subliminalize it.  This is known as "pitch differencing".  

Masked format uses the instructions as an audio and a "masking  track", and separates the two in  volume so that the conscious can only understand (or maybe even, only detect) the masking track, while the masked track is subliminalized by your brain's tendency to consciously ignore the "background".  This is called "volume differencing".

You say "verbally narrated affirmation scripts".  It is possible to use affirmations as subliminal scripting, but that's not been something I have done for more than a decade.  Affirmations are unsuitable for subliminal scripts because they do not take into account the natural responses of certain layers and parts of the subconscious mind, which will tend to reject and shut them down.  Instead, I use a set of instructions and a goal specification.  This is the goal, and this is how I'd like you to get to that goal. 

When the goal and instructions are worded properly, and well thought out, the subconscious will cooperate and the instructions will tend to be followed.  That is not to say that certain parts or personality types cannot have specific instances of resistance.  Most of my research over the last 20 + years has been identifying these points of resistance, their sources, their triggers and how to get to the goals regardless.

How does - it influence external forces?

Strictly speaking a subliminal is just a list of instructions that have been made into audio that has been modified to be subliminal to human awareness via the limits and quirks of the physical body.  Influence of external forces is not done by the subliminal, but by the listener in response to choosing to execute the subliminal instructions.

How does one attract luck? Manifest an ideal partner? How did one prevent others from "psychic vision" upon us?

I don't believe in luck.  "Luck" is what we call beneficial circumstances that we think are random because we cannot see the causal chain they resulted from.  If you understand that and how the subconscious can influence those things, then guiding the subconscious to do such influence can result in what appears to be, to the conscious mind, "luck".

Manifestation is not something a subliminal does.  Again, it is a set of instructions.  Just as a grocery list doesn't do the shopping, the subliminal only directs your subconscious to do those things that result in the changes to your observable conscious reality that you call "manifestation".  It is the correct use of Universal Laws that is the key.

As to preventing others from psychically observing you, I presume you are referring to the soon-to-be-released Black Hole Shield.  As usual, the subliminal is only issuing the instructions, and when you choose to act on and follow those instructions at the subconscious level, the results come.  In this case, we are working with adjusting the energy field you naturally produce from your physical and non-physical bodies, which your subconscious knows how to adjust in a variety of ways, if you only tell it to do so.

Im assuming that - assuming everything is just vibration...

Everything is energy, and all energy moves in cycles.  It is not that everything is vibration, but that everything is energy in cyclical motion.

Physic vision operates on a certain frequency / vibration (like a radio wave) eg .. 88.5

So you can intercept that radio wave 88.5 - by self Vibrating at say a  frequency 99.6 - that apparently washes out / overpowers 88.5..... >.>?

"Psychic vision" operates, as best I understand, by allowing you to see another "octave" of energy than what your physical body is attuned to.  You are using your visual sensory organs from a non-physical part of your body set, which naturally can "see" in it's own octave, as well as the ones above and below it.  This gets into more complexities than simply "a frequency", because visible electromagnetic radiation (as well as all non-visible to humans electromagnetic radiation) exists within one "octave" of vibration, which is collectively known as the "physical plane".  Each "plane" has a different "octave" of vibration, and exists outside the experience of the "planes" above and below it because it is out of tune, or out of phase with them therefore.

And manifestation - is just a universal frequency (eg 96.9)

And so as long as you operate on 96.9 - then.... you're 'asking the right person' ..... so the speak.

It sounds to me like you have a misunderstanding of how manifestation works here. 

Manifestation requires that you be in tune with what you are attempting to manifest, yes.  But it isn't a monotonal "frequency".  It is much more intricate than that.  You are awash in a sea of vibrating energies, which all oscillate at different frequencies and all interact according to their frequencies.  A "thing" might represent many different subtly interacting frequencies and a situation will be much more complex vibrationally.  Remember, we perceive these energies and the things they express physically and situationally exist in at least four coordinates, X, Y, Z (space) and T (time).

So for example, if I want to manifest an "ideal sexual lover", then in reality what I'm trying to do is pull to me whatever person on the planet best resonates with my current vibrational existence who matches that description.  By connecting those to points of awareness with intent to harmonize them, they are naturally drawn together over time.  The "mechanics" of that are far beyond this discussion.  Alternatively, you can choose to vibrate differently and achieve a different match and a different outcome.  

For example, if you are living in a ghetto and you're desperately poor and full of fear, and you will have a vibration that is very low (fear) dominating your life and thinking, and thus probably your beliefs and conclusions about what is and is not.  If you want an ideal lover who is fabulously wealthy, you cannot expect that to happen without one of two things happening: Either you change to their frequency, or they exist on yours.  Now most people in such a situation don't change to the frequency of their fantasy, so if they attempt to manifest a wealthy lover, the wealthy lover will be on their existing frequency, and this will most likely be someone they could meet in a ghetto who also has a very low frequency dominated by fear.  The types in a ghetto who fit that description and who would have money probably include drug dealers, gang leaders, mob bosses, etc.

If on the other hand, your fantasy is to go from being afraid in the ghetto to being a real life princess, that can only happen if you change your frequency to match that of a real royal family.  While everyone has fears, those of a genuine royal family will be entirely different than those of a ghetto dweller.  So the fears a ghetto dweller would have naturally puts them on a different "channel of experience" than what the royals have.
