Hey Shannon, hope you are doing better this morning.
I've been hit with something unexpected myself. After a very long series of flights jammed into a middle seat in row 80, I've spent the past three nights with substantial pain in my knee. At 6'1" and mid-30s, it's high time to get my finances together and stop flying economy.
But anyway, currently I'm in the 2nd last week of the full 7-month OF 5.9G run-through. I'd prefer to finish the run-through, but on the other hand with having several work commitments in the next fortnight plus moving house, a knee injury is a proper inconvenience right now.
My question is how quick can I transfer into OPH? I understand your usual approach is, "Just follow the instructions." But it would be helpful if I could minimise the usual 7-14 day decompression period between subs and get started on OPH sooner - if you think it's appropriate, that is.
At the same time, I don't want to minimise what OF is achieving. If 14 days off from subs at the end of a 7-month run is what it takes to properly cement the lessons of OF for my subconscious mind, then a few weeks of knee pain would be a small price to pay.
Would be very grateful for your thoughts on this dilemma.
