It hasn't been forgotten.  I was actually going to work on that next.  We are working through some things that are in the way.  If you don't mind getting your refund as a gift certificate, I can issue it without delay.  Otherwise, if you can find the order number for your subscription purchase, I can look into that as well, but it may not be quite as fast.

If the gift card is something I can use for subscription and buying programs in the future without an expiration date (not sure when is my next purchase)

Just to be sure the order number is correct, what was the program you subscribed to with this order?  Because I thought I remembered you specifying a subscription of a different price than this one.
