The question is what would be the ideal route
Maybe if I finish SM3 it will benefit me later on when running some else later on

Or maybe it will just be a waste of time

The subs don't waste time. You waste your own time by chopping and changing and by not following instructions.

or take a break, and do a different subliminal title?

If you take the break, when you listen to SM3 again...
you will have to start over and still do 6 months to get results from SM3.
