For E6 should I listen to the first 15 minutes or last 15 minutes of the loop (starting at 45 min mark) ?
Both ideas work.
The first 15 minutes are fine if you don't become distracted or zone out and press stop when the time is up.
The last 15 minutes are ideal, because of the same reasons and it stops automatically.
Apologies for answering, I'm half asleep. I saw it was for @Shannon after I posted.
No worries, 4Kingdoms!
4Kingdoms is correct, but I'll take it a step further. You can use ANY 15 minutes within the entire audio and get the desired results.
The easiest thing to do is set a timer for 15 minutes, and then start the track. When the alarm goes off, you'll have a few seconds until you hit 15 minutes and you can turn it off at 15 minutes and then the alarm can be turned off.
You can also set it to start at 45 minutes and end on it's own, but on a phone, getting exactly 45 minute mark is not always easy, and you need to be aware that some plyers will happily either start playing the next "song" at the end, or will loop the program at the end, so you have to make sure that doesn't happen.
I find that the timer method works better for me, I set a timer, give myself about 10 seconds, and then start the program. Then I have plenty of time to shut down both in either order.
