If you're still having issues with HOWL, then let's try a different approach. I'd like you to start using Hybrid format and use it at 50% volume on your cell phone speaker. Each week, lower it another 2 clicks (if you have a Google phone) or 1 click (if you have Android or iPhone). See where you get the most activity. I suspect you're going to find that that is somewhere between 10 and 18 clicks on a Google phone, or 5 to 9 clicks on Android, or 6 to 10 clicks on Apple.
