So, on Aug 13 which is 4 days after the three-month mark of use. I weighted myself. I was 158. So one-month loss 6 lbs. and 2ndmonth gain it all back. Than listened to Shannon did Ultra Silent track at 24/30. Which is very hard when you live in a noisy area with rude people who only think of themselves. That is why I use headphone to block them out. Still nowhere near the 12 pounds per month. I wish it were at least 10 pounds. Does this work better for heavier people?
To get these results, I still had to watch everything I eat and exercise at least 5 days a week. I only eat about 1000 per day. I did notice once I eat breakfast I am good for the day. You have to at least eat 2 meals a day or more. I also notice when shopping I am thinking what can I buy that is healthier. It not easy, the stores sell a lot of crap and try to make us fat.
I just thought this program was supposed to make weight loss easier and not so much work. If we are changing our Hormones for weight loss, I should be losing weight no matter what. At, least that is what the description says. It says can play video games all day or be a couch potato and still loss weight. I don’t see that happening. I am more active and healthier and it is still a lot work. I am happy I lost the weight.
On the good note: I was able to get back in my jeans and interviews pants are looser. I need a belt to wear them. I am happy for that.
Has anybody lose 12 pounds per month on this?
What do I need to do to get this program to work? Still trying to get rid of belly? When I was married I weighted 150 & was happy about that. Still tied to tone up until I hit 130. I am very weight conscious person.
