So, I started this May 9th at 72 lbs. and weighted myself June 12 and lost 6 lbs. I weighted myself today 5 days short of 2 months on the program and now weight 166.8. How is that possible, so I gained weight? I bought this to lose 12 pounds a month. Sometimes I am hungry and sometimes I am not. I have been eating healthy. The only thing I am not doing is walking on treadmill 7 days a week. I eat 2 meals a day & snack if hungry.
