If it is, that would suggest that something is being worked on and through that some part of you is attempting to "sound the alarm" on by causing pain that ou consciously notice. It could be an effort to communicate the perceived threat to your safety to your conscious mind, or an effort to incentivize you to stop using the program. Usually you can tell if it's caused by the program because normal relief methods for that type of headache will fail to produce relief.
