All the formats have the same content, FLAC is slightly higher quality but it depends if your device supports it. MP3 is universal so will be supported by all devices.
Hybrid (a layering of masked and ultrasonic) is technically the most 'powerful' format, but it depends. If you hate being told what to do then it might come across as too forceful and another one might be better. Ultrasonic is generally in the middle, then usually masked.
