Cycle 2 Day 3&4 On
Format Used: US, Laptop Speaker, Volume 40% (Cycle 1 was 50-60%)
Day 3:
Got a headache, level of pain: 6. Feeling tired.
No dream.
Day 4:
No headache, no dream. Feeling tired.
Lots of dandruff appear on both days, does this have something to do with fear inside that is being handled by OF?
