So today I got into a heated debate (borderline argument) about COVID-19. He thinks its a scam and a hoax which is stupid because it is science.
Anyways one thing I noticed was that I stood my ground. I didn't cave in and try to people please which is something I would do in the past. I felt free to express my opinions and not be worried about the consequences.
I can only think that this a by product of E3 working its magic. I have had a lot of issues with expressing my opinion to other people. I grew up in a family that didn;t believe in expressing your opinion and communication was one sided.
Therefore I grew up subconsciously thinking my opinion didn't matter and that it was unsafe to express my opinion.
What a breakthrough in my view. I can't wait until E4.
