Carpet bombing is when you use the subliminal continuously.  For the vast majority of people, that is going to be overkill that leads to less results and exhaustion.  For around 1% of the population or less, it is a potential way to overcome extreme resistance.  If you're getting results without carpet bombing, don't use it.
