Also one of my goals was to improve my relationships. I have noticed over the past few weeks, I have been talking to my family a lot more than as of late. I am communicating more with family members I usually dont talk to. I have beat myself up for not developing bette relationship with family but I feel like I am on the right track now.
Same situation here. I'm reaching out to my friends and family more, but I still feel like it's not enough. Some fears are still blocking me from developing deeper relationships. FRM will take care of this in time
