I moved to another city now which is way bigger than my home town. I moved into a dorm apartement / fraternity house for students. I was at 5.5 loops so I stopped listening in the middle of a loop... I woke up at 09:00 AM and I want to listen further to make my full 8 hours of listening because that was the plan. Is this possible? Or should I just wait for tonight to do another round? Will this disrupt anything?
Could someone give me advice on this? Will the program be disruptive now or without effects because I missed a half loop?
I have to get accustomed to sleeping with a headband on, it's a little more sweaty in this hot weather but I think it's really efficient to get your hours in at night so you don't have to bother during the day with listening etc. I still managed to get in 5 loop (5 hours) so that's really good for the first time. I feel better on more loops than on 1 loop. 1 loop just doesn't cut it for me. I have a lot of resistance and healing&clearing to do. Alot of emotional baggage from the past and childhood.

You broke the ASRB - Audio-to-Silence Ratio Balance - aspect of the subliminal. The world will crack open and swallow you into the abyss in 6 hours if you don't get that extra half loop done immediately.

It's not a big deal, but I wouldn't make a habit of breaking ASRB. It's there to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the subliminal. Try to get 7 loops in tonight - and keep those sleep phones glued to your skull!
LOL, yea my sleepphones headband is very uncomfortable during sleep, I KEEP waking up at 04:00-05:00 AM and totally fucking up my sleep, I woke up groggy, not properly rested, I lack a deep sleep at night... This really sucks lol.
I managed to get in 3.5 loops because I went to sleep at 02:00 AM.... I don’t know how to proceed now.. My ears hurt and I wake up, my headband is sweaty from the hot weather etc.
I think i’m gonna quit listening at night... I don’t get accustomed to it I think, it really bothers me too much. I can’t keep breaking up that ASRB...
I have to find another way to get in those 8 hours per day.
