6 loops of DMSI B doesn't give me the buzz and activity I got on 4 loops..... I was more often in the zone than not.... looking at the texts with a few matches I can see a huge drop in energy in the week i am was running 6 loops. so I will go back to 4 loops after this Sunday where I am forced to take a day off.
