Running DMSI 3.2b - Currently on day 36:2 (ASRB)
NoFap Day 196
Cold Showers Day 16 (I literally just go into the tub, and turn the faucet and shower on and let it rock)
Gym in the mornings before work, Boxing Gym (Or Dancing) after work.
Currently actively managing three plates at the moment, while actively gaming two other prospects. Honestly, two to three plates is most ideal with my gym and work schedule
The nail biting habit has been curved for the most part. I'm actively working on touching my face a lot less and being alert/aware of it.
Cardio Progress:
Honestly, I missed running DMSI yesterday because I was out all day, so to make up for it, I decided to run it once in the morning today, and then again in the afternoon.
