Its nice to see you guys are having similar experiences and that im not alone here. Now that im back at home once again the background anxiety is back, though not nearly to the degree it was yesterday during the day. At times yesterday i was just feeling like a piece of shit about myself and feeling like all this work ive been doing investing in myself wasnt getting me jack. Then when I went out I forget about all that mindfuckery and just had a good time with my friends and was able to enjoy the moment. Now I wasnt completely anxiety free or 100% present, but it was MUCH better when I was out compared to at home.
