Hi, so Alpha Male's 2011 refresher stage is not Stage 3 for 32 days ?? I'm just wondering because I came across a post that kinda said otherwise

Stage 3 or Stage 6 can be used for a refresher. Stage 3 is better for use as a refresher after a longer period of time without having used the program, when you do not have time to re-run the program again.
