I was tired, so I went to bed. Just woke up. Felt, very oddly, deeply exhausted and deeply relaxed... almost like the effects of the sleep aid with relaxation built in.
Then I realized, I forgot to add the ASRB! That explains the exhaustion, but not the relaxation.
I turned it off and it took me several minutes to be able to get out of bed. Probably going to have to wait a while to calculate the ASRB and add it... but I am noticing something else interesting.
I'm developing what appears to be a very minor sore throat. This could explain why I have been so tired for the last several days; I may have had a very weak viral infection that my body was overcoming, but using itself up on doing so. I noticed this not because it hurts, but because within a few minutes of turning off MIR2, I became what I call "snoggy", which is not kissy, you crazy Brits. It's when you have post nasal drip and you have to make that horrible noise with your throat while you clear it out.
Quite fascinating. I have to stop using it to have the right mindset to calculate the ASRB, but it seems to have drawn out a (very) minor infection. Interestingly again, I felt no warmth in the throat.
Definitely still tired. Going to have to eat something big soon.
