It's been the longest period since 2013 that I've gone without using IML subs so looking forward to getting back into it.

Past a few loops of OF ultrasonic and I notice that my eyes get very heavy and tired (but mainly just around my eyes nowhere else really)

It’s been like this since the beginning of my OF usage hasn’t really improve much yet but I’ve been pushing through (mainly play it on the iPhone at 14/16 to 16/16)

I don’t really notice the tiredness while listening to masked or hybrid (even at past 6 loops)

The interesting thing  is I have been noticing a lot of benefits and effect from OF just curious why this onset of tiredness is still presenting itself

That most likely means that approaching the specific level of awareness that Ultrasonic alone approaches triggers some resistance, which is using significantly more energy, but is still being overcome.  When the resistance is over-ridden, the tiredness goes away.  Using Masked doesn't trigger that resistance, and using Hybrid overrides it immediately.

Semi-related question: depending on the situation I have been using silent ultrasonic some days and hybrid other days. Is that ok or should I stick to the same format all the time? At this point the question applies to the upcoming LTU6.

I design these programs to be safe, useful and effective.  If that usage pattern works for you, then by all means, use it.

If I were in your shoes, I would choose either ultrasonic or hybrid, depending on what best suited my circumstances for use and which one I felt was getting me better results.  Focusing exclusively on one or the other isn't necessary, but it also can't hurt.  It's up to you.  Listen to your gut.

ok thanks for your detailed answer about piracy module. by the way can i use just one stage ? for example i will be using it for 3-6 months and then will get another sub. you sayd stage 1 its gonna clean rubbish blocked emotions shame fear and guilt and so on. so teoretically i can make good progress in life just with stage one? or you recomend to buy EPHRA instead. my plan was just to get one stage and see how progress ill be making. what your opinion on that? i m going throught crushing breakup right now my first long term relationship and Im totally down with no hope for next girlfriend and i cannot move on .. been thinkin about it everyday. should stage 1 help or EPHRA should be better. thank you very much

This program is designed as a six stage set.  It needs to be used for 32 days per stage, and the first 6 stages are stepping you up to the 7th stage, which can be used as a standard program or a refresher after you've gone through all six of the first stages.  Don't start this program unless you can and will properly use and finish at least the first 6 stages.  Do it right, or don't do it at all.  You cannot just use Stage 1; if you use Stage 1, you need to use Stage 2, which leads to Stage 3, which leads to Stage 4, then Stage 5, and then Stage 6.  You must use all of the first six stages in order, for 32 days each, according to the instructions.  So if you cannot or will not dedicate at least 6 months to using this program, either don't buy it or don't start it until you can and will.

If you cannot do 6 months, then wait until I extract EHPRA v4 from LTU6 and publish it.
