G'day Shannon. 
With the sound in the background like Ocean surf or trickling stream. Is it possible to have a Rainforest sounds? Is the sound in the background the easiest part of building the subliminal?

As far as I know is the sound not a big problem for the production, I think he has the sounds or knows how to get to them. The problem is the variants of the subliminals, at the moment he has to do Ocean surf, trickling stream, ultrasonic and the two hybrids, that is 5 Tracks for each single stage he builds. A rainforest one would add 2 more versions to be build. I for myself would be interested in a fireplace sound, but I'm not sure I could fall asleep to it.
Another issue is the space that each track takes for the downloads. He has to have the server space, it causes traffic and only builds up more complexity than it improves sales.

Alright, I've reflected some more on how well DRS would fit into my current circumstances and will try to describe the situation more clearly to get your input on it Shannon,

I live with my mother and dad. My dad is chill for most time, and so is my mom, but sometimes, often when I have bad days and don't really feel like I have the energy to be social to her, the whole situation spirals downward, and it can also happen if she has a bad experience with something, is stressed, etc - I think she in general have a bit problems regulating her emotions, which probably stems from some kind of trauma. My current course of action is to withdraw myself from the situation, which often work. I have also played LTU5 around my parents, but can't really say that I have seen any noticeable change, as I have seen in myself at least. I'm looking forward to trying out LTU6 but the DRS make me a bit concerned that it will only worsen the relationship with my mother as "throwing back" anything negative that she may project, will cause her to just go spiralling down as she usually does when faced with negative circumstances. Healthy people have the ability to notice what is happening and adjust their behavior to fit the circumstances, but I don't really think she has the emotional capacity to do this, as she is limited by some kind of trauma.

So my questions are:
a) What do you think regarding my assessment of the situation - will DRS make the situation worse or not?
b) If yes - is there any possibility that you will build LTU6 not only with DRS but another version with NDRS?

Also, I did want to know regarding OF did it still have it so it makes you process fear through the logical centers of the brain? I remember the old on had something similar to that if I remember correctly.

I would love to have rainforest sounds and fireplace sounds, but aside from the above issues that AriGold mentions, we also have to consider this:

• Not everyone likes rainforest sounds.  
  
• There are many kinds of rainforest, with many kinds of sounds.
  
• It is almost impossible to please everyone, and the more complex the sound, the more likely it will be disliked by a larger and larger subset of people.
  
• Fireplace sounds are hard to use for masking because they are so quiet in most cases.
  

It's a significantly more complicated issue than it might seem at first glance.  So no, the masking sound is not the easiest part of building a subliminal.  Lots of subtle variables need to be considered, and sometimes they may make it impossible for me to use a particular option.

If you have played LTU5 to your parents and did not notice much change, they haven't had enough exposure, or they are resisting it.  It would seem most likely that they haven't had enough exposure.

Depending on your age and the specifics of your situation, DRS may or may not make things worse.  If you use DRS but they don't, they may react positively or negatively, according to certain variables I can't know the values of.  If all of you use it at once, and consistently, it would almost certainly defuse the tensions and improve things, unless you're really young (under 18).  That could also cause some issues if they suddenly find they cannot influence and/or manipulate you with their energy anymore.  it's not a simple situation, and does not have a binary answer.

b) If yes - is there any possibility that you will build LTU6 not only with DRS but another version with NDRS?

I am not going to have time to build it at all, never mind twice.  I build it again because I am forced to, and for no other reason.  And that means I must build it with what settings best benefit the majority.

Me: if its any consulation I've had a very similar day. hangin in with both hands.

I do not very often give up and just go back to bed.  That happens once every several years, at most.  But man, yesterday... whew.  I went back to bed and slept until GF woke me up 4 hours later, and then I went to bed that night and slept almost 12 more hours.  I still feel tired.  Something's definitely draining me.  But we made it through that day, that's all that matters, and now it's time to kick some ass.

Alright I get you. I'm soon 30. I think that things become worse when I get engaged in negativity and have a hard time maintaining my boundaries and keep grounded, so I don't think they are so much involved in manipulating me, but that they are needy and when I get involved in that I get upset and anxious and from there it just spirals down. 

Ltu6 will probably need less exposure to work, and DRS maybe not be a problem then so it will maybe be a good idea to run it around them.

I have just finished calculating the loops, days on and days off.  Now I need to finish writing the rest of the instructions, so it should be published in an hour or less from now.  I'll be sending out an email announcement of it's publication tomorrow, when I have had enough rest to write a coherent one.
