Cool, I am in the process of preparing my new diet. Let's see where it goes, will keep you all updated. I did not know coconut oil was supposed to be consumed.
Up until now I never took my diet that seriously, I ate anything and everything, but it has affected me now.
You don't have to eat coconut oil, but it's very healthy and a fantastic energy source, especially for the brain.
