Lmao! Adderall, haha. That's funny. I knew a few guys on that in high school. That brings back memories.
Just a focus on things you've let slip for whatever reason, depends on person. I can't argue the effect though for me. Others, YMMV, obviously.
I hit the ground running with this sub. Others like DMSI, I've used for over two years or something and still waiting to see anything from it showing me 100% it works on girls around me and gets results. Still struggling mightily to be a believer in it. So indeed, YMMV. I won't say others can get the same, merely these are words of my experience on UMOP .
Yeah, I never had one cause it's not available in my country. But I came across it reviewscause I was looking things to help me with motivation.
I remember you struggling with ur Procrastination issues. I Even remember u telling me some method u found on a certain site which tried.
Thing is u didn't give up so here is ur reward from universe/Shannon lol.
Also good to see u r not procrastinating on ur journal xD

Amen, I didn't give up! On procrastination, development in general...or with women...even if that tunnel with them gets a bit dark often for me...
Oh that technique worked for me, but I wanted something more natural long term and motivation would be an awesome bonus along side it. Given that I questioned just what EXACTLY I was getting from V3.2, and weighed a month more of that against what a month of this could do, I went for it. I don't feel I'm missing out on anything in DMSI right now. I'll still switch to V3.3 asap. Just wanted to make more efficient use of my time. I felt this would give me something in a month, versus more of nothing from V3.2.
Hell no, I want to get the word out to the masses, lol. Just had a crazy day and slept somewhat early the night before to prepare for it, when I originally planned to write this update, haha.

As you know, we got this very late at night. Had a back end issue preventing me from getting the download going. I decided to listen to it asap after download and Ben wiped off the coffee Cyanide spilled on the server , and fixed the issue lol.
This is what transpired:
-Seconds in, I felt a massive knot in my chest, dead centre. Tingling in right arm by my upper bicep, lots of it and it felt like that part of me was weightless. Very weird sensation and made using my computer a bit difficult, lol.
-24th minute of first loop, began making mental lists of things I NEED to do, but haven't forever. Thinking about getting off my ass finally for them. Thinking of what it'd be like to have it all done, how good I'd feel and visuals of that.
-Got butterflies in my stomach hugely, at 40th minute mark.
-Woke up, got immediately to work. Organised the shit out my place. Cleaned, sorted, fixed things I've let stay messy and crappy for an embarrassingly long time. I'm not sure even WHY I didn't do any of it for all this time. I just know as soon as I woke up, I spammed for several hours doing it. It was fun and rewarding to finally "get stuff handled" I wanted to do forever, but DIDN'T for some reason...
-Feeling more general control over myself and my urges and desires and pursuits. Feeling proud of myself for hitting the ground running, and getting things done and seeing the fruits of that. And realising things I've tackled were extremely simple and easy to do after all, and regretted wasting so much time not getting on them way earlier. And regretted putting myself through all the guilt and being angry at myself, for not doing so for so long. Such waste for so long.
-Also getting back onto other things I lapsed on. More of habits in my routine, not so much "procrastinating on tasks", more of lapsing on routines that I liked and benefited me. Maybe still procrastination, but somewhat of a different form. Renewed priority and focus on them.
-Also, less interest or thoughts about delving into diversionary things like games or videos etc. to distract me from things I want to do. I either don't think about them as much, so they don't start up, or it's an "okay that was fun...NOW what...time to get back on it", or they're now viewed as a side thing, rather than the focus to take me AWAY from important stuff or things I want to do, but don't. Or rather...DIDN'T now ...
Finally, remember how I said I listened the first night and went to sleep? Here's the most epic thing for this program...
My sleep that night...EQUALED 3 HOURS. THREE HOURS. I woke up, godly rested, full of piss and vinegar...ready to own anything on my list with extreme vigor!!!!!!!!!!!! And I made massive progress in one day, or rather like 8-12 hours since downloading, lmao. Crazy progress. I was up the whole day, went to sleep "for real" like 16-18 hours later. Incredible energy. So, I will tell you Shannon isn't exaggerating when he said if you listen to this program late night or during sleep it may cause you to have sleep issues. Due to that experience, I erred on the side of caution and switched my listening to mornings when I wake up and counted that nighttime listening session as the usage for that day it was on, and the next. I feel this sub is best to listen to in the morning anyway, that way it kicks you in the ass HARD to start the day! Awesome start to the day!
I was busy today preparing for an outing, and then the outing itself, so not a ton of time for stuff at home. But still made some tangible progress regardless. Tomorrow I'll get a ton more done as I'm all clear. During the week, is when my business procrastination stuff will get handled. It'll be epic! I'm very excited.
There we go guys! Sorry it took so long .
Part of me is joking/part of me is serious when I type this...
I wish I could have watched your facial expressions as you listened to UPOM for the first time!! A time lapsed video of start to finish (after you woke up) on the projects you worked on would have been interesting to watch!!
You were aware of your sensations, mental and physical up to the 40-minute mark, I'm surprised you were able to fall asleep with all the stuff popping into your mind!!
Whatever was "ported" from Beast 17 sure made a difference for you!! The outcome on UPOM is a total opposite than DMSI. Disclaimer: DMSI is an experimental subliminal and is still in the testing stages...

That shows the power of reverse psychology that CatMan was suggesting Shannon consider
Ultra procrastination! Overcome motivation!
Hi catman did you have a 35 day break from dmsi before using this sub like mentioned to do or just started using it?
(08-04-2018, 09:59 PM)josh84 Wrote: [ -> ]Hi catman did you have a 35 day break from dmsi before using this sub like mentioned to do or just started using it?
Hi Josh,
I switched right over.
I don't have time to wait 35 days as I plan to switch to V3.3 right away. I was away from my place for a few days, so I was free of DMSI loops for about 4 days or so max before starting this. Due to how much I was "resisting" DMSI itself, I don't believe there was very much momentum built up in that program to take the full 35 days to wear off in my case. That is made even more likely in my mind, due to how fast I've taken to executing this sub, from the start. However, I still recommend people listen to Shannon on the matter as the logic is sound. If I did, I wouldn't have bought this though as there would've been no time to use it.
I wanted to try this for a month as this is a problem I've struggled with, and I figured I'd get more out of it than another month of nothing from DMSI. While also possibly giving Shannon info on how the new tech inside UMOP affects me which could indirectly help my results with V3.3 and beyond. Seemed like a good trade!
Thanks, i was going to buy the product since i think would be very good to use but shannon mentioned the 35 days break and only a week before needing a break from dmsi before next version is out. I am similar to you in resisting dmsi, i have tried a side and b side 7-8 loops hybrid masked and no changes in myself or anything on the outside around people either. Thought maybe to try this to get more things done.
I might get this and give it a go too, i want to get more things done but just lack motivation to do much. I should of bought it on the first day but then might not of used it if followed the rules of waiting 35 days. Will follow your thread hope it continues to help.
Catman,
Could you share how UM/OP feels vs. your time using OP 4G?
Shannon put in material regarding self criticism, and I'm wondering how this makes one feel regarding getting busy. When I use OP 4G myself, the message can feel demeaning, so the message can be undesirable, putting it mildly.
How's UM/OP make you feel about yourself, both before and during follow-through?
And thanks for being so vocal on your use of UM/OP here. It helps

Hi there,
Well I mentioned in an earlier post that it did more for me in a few hours than OP4G did the whole time I used it. That much is for sure!
OP4G didn't really do anything for me, felt like listening to nothing. I usually don't get into too much thought about what a sub says to me or my reaction to it, as I feel that can delve into unnecessary mental masturbation. I just like to judge the sub based off results in the real world, which is really what matters anyway. Then let everything else fall where it may and not think about it. I did have a reframe about doing tasks I'd put off, they seemed easier and fun to get done, satisfaction of getting them handled etc. like I said earlier if that's what you mean.
My pleasure man! Happy to have people enjoy these posts. The tech in this new sub seems to work well with me. Of course, that doesn't mean V3.3 will be a slam dunk as well as the goal is different and fears etc. are different, but it's still a success I'm enjoying
. And at a minimum, should be a step forward for V3.3.

There were three different modules from B17 and Key #1 added here, plus a number of new approaches that I suspected would also be helpful. I was hoping for this reaction from CM, as this tells me more about
why he is resisting DMSI, which in turn tells me a lot more about how to help people in his position (generally speaking) execute instead of resist.
It seems to be working well, so these will definitely be added to the skeleton script and DMSI.
It's all about understanding the challenge and approaching it in the right way.
