Oops, clearly misread that one. However, there was definitely more response to a little more volume.
Day 1.6

Four loops US over S9 Plus.

A little louder than usual.

Woke up a bit tired and have had a mild headache brewing in the background. 16 hours at work today.

No external results, but still feeling calm and sociable.

Last loops for this run tonight, then tomorrow off. I might go back to a single loop for a week and see if I can do a masked track over headphones each day.
Day 1.7

Four loops over speakers last night. US A flac.

I'm still feeling pretty calm and grounded at the moment.

Fapped this morning for no particular reason other than it felt good.

No external results.
Day 2.1

No loops yesterday. I woke up early this morning and listened to a single loop of masked A over headphones. Drifted back to sleep while listening and woke up like a zombie.

Definitely going to try to stick with this for the week.

Some desire to resistance fap now. I'm not horny - it just feels like an escape.
Day 2.2

1 loop Masked over headphones.

Fapping is back.

No external results.

Can't tell if I'm tired from the sub or the lack of sleep due to work.
Day 2.3 and 2.4

Sticking to 1 loop Masked A flac over headphones.

Very tired today.

Still doing lots of exercise, but it's making no difference to my weight. If anything, I'm losing muscle and putting on fat.

No external results.
Day 2.5 and 2.6

One loop Masked A flac over headphones.

Feeling pretty good today.

Had a weird dream that I was part of a group of giant hedgehogs trying to talk ourselves out of a deadly situation... with some success. That was an especially unusual one.

Day 2.7

Last day of the 7 day run done. Day off tomorrow.

No obvious external results.

I'm back into cutting a bit now... being more careful with what I eat. More protein shakes, less protein bars.

Not too much longer in this job now.

I'm keen to get stuck into my new corporate wellness service, but there's still a level of procrastination that I'd love to get rid of.
Day 3.1 and 3.2

I have reverted to four loops US A over speakers overnight for this week.

Not much to report from the last three days.

I'm thinking of trying a week of hybrid over headphones next week. That'll have to be a single loop again.

Overall, I'm feeling generally confident and content.
Days 3.3 and 3.4

4 loops US A over speakers.

Nothing to report.
Days 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7

Not getting enough sleep due to my working hours. My dreams are unusual though, which I regard as a good sign.

Right now I have very little interest in women.

I can feel a pull towards childhood safety... Games, movies etc. I generally get that when I'm stressed and need to unwind a bit.

Day off tomorrow.
Days 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4

Just through circumstances I have been mixing US over speakers and Hybrid over headphones.

I'm still fapping. But I also have zero desperation for female attention right now, which is fantastic.

I don't seem to find any women particularly attractive either though. I can acknowledge that they are (moderately) hot, but I really notice the flaws instead of being blinded by the boobs/hair/eyelashes/attention etc. This is brilliant; I feel far less superficial than before. It feels like I'm starting to see the real person more.

I am, however, waiting to be wowed by someone. Right now, no one's got my attention.

I'm getting on well with the gf at the moment too. It's going well.

I have another month in my role before my replacement takes over... it's going to feel like a long month. I've mentally moved on, but I still have to put up with the shit for 30 more days.

I've lost some size this month due to the amount of cardio I've done, so I've created a proper strength training plan for myself. This is the first time I've done this in four years.
Would you say that what you reported in the post above is a resistance tactic or two?

Fapping certainly is.

Not finding women particularly exciting... maybe.

Switching around on the sub... not sure. The problem is that I don't know what works, so I don't know what I'm avoiding.
