Day 2.15

Break day

According to the Boditrax machine, I've put on 2kg of fat in 2 weeks.

Seems impossible given the amount of exercise I do and relatively clean eating, no drinking etc.

The only change I have made is cutting out the coffee.

No results externally
Day 3.1

Going to do two loops US over S7 tonight.

I'm not sure if I should switch to version A when it is released?

No results today.

Formalised my resignation today, so that's really happening. Now I need to get my new plan into action. I maybe have two months.

Doubt very much DMSI caused you to put on weight but I have been known to be wrong Devlish

Did 2 loops B US over speakers last night. Switching to A today I guess. I will go with two loops unless Shannon says otherwise.

Nothing much to report at the moment. Still feeling good about the resignation - I guess that is me disconnecting from negative stress.

It's possible it was a mis-reading - I got bitten by something and my calf muscles swelled up quite a bit. I'm actually feeling relatively lean and more muscular at the moment.

I'll try it again in a day or two once all of the swelling has disappeared.

Woke up very horny. Didn't think that I would be able to concentrate at work, so fapped for the first time in a while.

Getting more and more detached from my workplace. I assume that this is the sub influencing me to retreat from negativity still. I'm feeling very positive about the future though.

No external results. I'll probably finish this round of B, then switch to A.

Ok, I decided to switch to A. Nothing much was happening on B that I could see. And yes, I listened to my gut and went for four loops. I'm sure that Shannon will tell me if that's too much, but will probably be interested to see if it works.

Felt a bit groggy this morning, but that's all.

I'm still pretty flirty with my minor celeb client. I'm finding it increasingly difficult not to touch her / stroke an arm seductively / kiss her etc. Possibly because I'm horny through not fapping! I also think that we are probably slightly in love with each other (genuinely).

I've only got one other person I find attractive at the moment; a co worker. She's not into me.

Both of these women are in committed long term relationships and I've known them both for a long time.

I see other attractive women around, but I'm largely disinterested. I haven't seen anyone who has wowed me in a long time.

Is my resistance removing all possible sniper targets.... only allowing me to be attracted to married women and ignoring single women? That's an effective defence.

I did another weigh in and have lost that bonus 2kg of 'fat'. I guess it was just a blip. I'm struggling to lose the last few pounds though, to get super lean.

Haven't felt too much tiredness today; I was worried that 4 loops for a couple of nights in a row would take a toll.

Nothing else to report today.

No tiredness weirdly. Nothing to report.
Day 1.4

Still nothing external. The desire to fap is largely gone, although there's definitely libido pressure there.

I'm feeling pretty chilled about my resignation. Probably another month in the job and then I'm going to have to be earning a lot more money from other avenues.
Day 1.5

I upped the volume a notch or two after reading Shannon's post about louder being better. I'd assumed that quieter would be better for stubborn types.

Definitely more tiredness and the need for naps (three yesterday!). Slight brain fog.

I might go louder again tonight.

Louder is better for the sleep aid, because it is relatively old technology. You know that louder does not equate to better in all cases for personalities who refuse to "be told what to do".

But I encourage exploration and seeing what works best for you.
