Sometimes you can sabotage yourself by being nit picky with your conscious mind. Remember this is a process of transformation. It's better to just let the sub do its thing.

The absolute worst thing you can (and I see plenty of guys here do it) is to run DMSI, go out and then over analyze every single interaction they have with women looking for every shred of micro detail - "is she getting hit by my aura, does she like, is she finding attractive?". Don't be that guy.

Trust your subconscious, let go and stop interfering in the process. The more the conscious mind interferes, the more you sabotage your results.

Yup, I'm trying not to overanalyze. Since I've never really had any results from DMSI in the past, it's difficult not to look for any hopeful signs though.

Luckily I'm too busy to pay too much attention!

Sorry to hear that. Having been through some work related crap myself recently, I can empathize. Hope nothing bad comes out of the audit.

Still fapping. No external or internal changes to note.

I feel the urge to do a second loop at night. I'm going to stick to the plan until Shannon says otherwise.

Obviously feeling quite angry at the moment, but that seems entirely related to work.

Trying to reduce my coffee consumption. I usually have one or two per day. Plus tea. Plus Pepsi Max. Lol.

Definitely stop drinking anything with caffeine. The difference between dmsi with and without caffeine is pretty big. I've noticed since dropping caffeine completely I don't resist nearly as much.
hey swisston, i'm curious to how your signature now depicts you as an ENFP, whereas from what i remember before, you were an ENTP.

people don't really change MBTI types... ever... ENTP's and ENFP's are so many worlds different from each other that if you typed as both of them at various times, I can only think you're not being true to yourself, or may be taking the test based on what your perception of yourself may be.

might be an insight to your stonewalling?

No effects that I can see. No heat, hunger, aura or anger.

Still feeling the need to add more loops.
I suggest you try this.

Do the next 7 days at 2 loops a day and see what happens.

This does not apply to anyone else, by the way, so don't get any ideas.

Day 9

Did two loops yesterday. I'm doing one loop during the day (trying for hybrid over headphones) and one US in bed as I go to sleep.

I have a headache today.

No results to speak of, but I'm building up some momentum towards making videos for my coaching business.
Aren't you supposed to do the loops consecutively? I'm sure that's what Shannon had in mind when he said 2 loops.

Maybe, but it's not practical for me at the moment if I want to do one while awake.

I think that in my case it's about loading up enough brute force to knock down the resistance...
Day 10

Really early start today, so I'm tired and raging. Too many things that are out of my control at work that I need to find solutions for.
