I've nearly always used them when I sleep. Especially when it had to be 8 hours. Though i'm using DMSI during the day seeing that Shannon mentioned it may make it difficult to sleep using it at night.

Likewise, though on my first two days of DMSI I used it during the day. I found this added to resistance because the sub became another "chore" on my list of things to do. Rather than my previous method of listening to it while I sleep so it's just a fire and forget type thing.

Especially for Davis, finding 8 hours during the day can be challenging if he has to work and study. I've always been a big proponent of listening while sleeping so the conscious mind has minimal interference. He may find he executes even more, though he's already doing quite well.
Stage 5 , Day 14:

Lol guys I’ve been listening while I sleep all along but yes, usually it can be a challenge some days trying to go above 8 hours due to the hectic schedule, and the fact that I began to experience mental burnout from the work, school, and 5G subliminal combo. I’ve adjusted myself to the workload of all three but it can still be pretty taxing at times.

I’ve begun a new book this month. “How to Be a Man” by Broderick Boyd. Not the greatest book on the subject but it has a lot of good tips and material for those who need to learn the basic element of what makes a man. Granted, he never mentions how to be an alpha male in the book, but in my opinion there is no distinction between a true man and an alpha male.

Did 16 hours of listening uninterrupted yesterday and surprisingly I wasn’t really mentally tired. I noticed that after my session, I felt calmer and smoother, must be the “James Bond Effect” starting to kick in.
Stage 5, Day 15:

- At long last, my divorce papers have been filed. Finally time to break the up and down cycle of my marriage and get on with moving forward.

- Stress is now non-existent at my job, I'm just now noticing after a couple weeks that I don't get shaken over anything work related here anymore.

- I also notice that I haven't felt timid or reserved in a social situation in....months. Still have times where I simply don't feel like talking though.

- I can feel my confidence becoming more tempered than from the previous stages. In stage 1 and 2 I was pretty cocky compared to just having a more quiet confidence now.
Stage 5, Day 16:

- Finished up the new book already. Almost feels more like an article than a book but it’s a decent read nontheless.

- Assertion and dominance definitely were at the forefront today for me. Even when I internally fought myself a bit on a couple situations, the AM6 programming overrode my actions and speech in a matter of seconds.

- My energy and level of joy have been steadily high all day.

- Stopped working a full 30 minutes before my shift ended, usually I’d push through but I had simply had enough and decided to save my energy for myself.

- Won’t go into details but my soon-to-be ex-wife now strikes me as a certified psycho. Either that or I don’t understand women nearly as much as I thought I did. She doesn’t seem to want to leave me alone in a romantic sense, no matter how much I put my foot down. Don’t wanna sound paranoid but the stunt she pulled tonight makes me wonder if she’ll try and stop the divorce from being finalized.

- Had a guy seem timid and he moved out of my path while I was walking at work today.

- Sometimes when people walk by my row at work, I swear I’m the only thing they see. I keep catching ppl stare as they walk by at least 6 times a day.
Stage 5, Day 17

I’m already up early in the morning planning out my next few Years worth of subliminal training. There were a good 8 options on the table but after extensive deliberation I’ve decided that Life Tune Up 3.1 will be my next purchase. All my other options were either low priority or I have other means of achieving those goals without the use of subliminals.

Although I’ll be buying LTU next week, I don’t even plan on touching it until at least the end of 2019. I just like having tools in place before I need them. Though the plans I’m making are tentative, it feels good to at least have a roadmap in place. This also proves to me that I’m capable of planning years ahead in advance, so now I need to use this ability on other areas of my life as well to help make steady progress. Thinking about it now, I felt a certain level of anxiety when I first woke up and planning things out has relieved it.

I’m starting to notice with stage 5 that my hunger is increasing, as if my body is making higher nutritional demands. I’m also having a tough time sleeping past 5 hours a night since starting stage 5. I’ve started another book in an attempt to relieve my earlier anxiety. It’s “The King’s Mindset” by Min Liu. This book studies Kings throughout history and elaborates upon 20 mindsets exhibited by great men, in an attempt to help guide men to become modern day Kings in their own right by mastering themselves and their lives.

I've watched it 3 times and I can see how this can apply to any man (especially in the role of father). Same goes for Shannon and this forum, this is all his territory.

Good video indeed, something I feel every boy and man should know to help them further along their path.
Stage 5, Day 18:

Went out last night for my female friend's bday. In the club environment, I really noticed how indifferent I've become romantically and sexually towards women...even gorgeous ones. I came to the club with a group when we went to the first club, but I literally ended up just getting into my own zone and dancing and jamming to music all on my own. I noticed a huge amount of stares from both men and women.

Probably got stares from dudes because I was the most relaxed in the club and doing my own thing, almost like no one else was in the building. At one point, I even noticed a bouncer mimicking my body language while I sat down to drink. At the second club, I had apparently made a couple of my homegirl's male friends jealous when she started grinding on me. Apparently one had sex with her a few weeks ago, the other has a crush on her but chose to date someone else.

Whatever contempt they felt towards me, they didn't make it known, I found this out after we left the second club. I started laughing at them both. I always considered guys who don't go for what they truly want with women silly when they get attached to a woman, without actually even being her boyfriend or husband, and become territorial towards other men and jealous. That behavior is one of the worst beta male traits there is in my opinion.

Update 1 - I went to pick up my lunch in the lobby, this young kid looking to get hired kept staring at me so I greeted him. I then asked if he was ever in the military because he looks very similar to someone I used to know. He said he wasn't but his sister was. He then began asking about my time in the service. We had a short but cool conversation. Afterwards he got up from his chair, shook my hand and thanked me for talking to him...wow. Told him I'd see him around.

Update 2- The female friend I mentioned earlier got flowers and balloons delivered to the job yesterday from two of her ex-boyfriends for her bday. The woman I sit next to said she had to ask me a question due to a rumor floating around. She said that someone started a rumor that I was the one that bought them. I laughed my ass off. I'm literally developing a reputation for being a playboy at my job and I'm not even doing a damn thing.
Stage 5, Day 20:

- Wife came to drop off my daughter last night. I think the auras are starting to effect her because she’s acting very sweet and even affectionate. After my daughter fell asleep, we went to another part of the house because she wanted to just be in my company. I had nothing else to do and it was only 30 minutes so why not. She didn’t start any drama, we even ended up making out and there was some foreplay, not enough time to do much else before she had to go to work though.

- I just woke up from a nap, jumped out of my sleep is more appropriate. I had a dream where at the end I spilled water out of a bottle. Something immediately told me to wake up and look up the meaning. First one I found was that my temper should be watched and my emotions are out of control...BS in my case. The next meaning stated that I’m on the right path in life and I should continue whatever it is that I’m doing. Question is, in what area of life or life in general. I always take these things with a grain of last anyway so we’ll see.
Stage 5, Day 22:

- Destruction of laziness and procrastination programming are really beginning to manifest here in stage 5.

- I’ve been noticing something strange since Friday evening that my libido is off. I can still get erect but when thinking of sex or even watching a porn clip, I have no desire to masturbate or orgasm.

- I feel smoother and more in control of myself in general.

- I’m gaining more of a desire to call people out on their BS.
