Thanks Illumi. I simply do not have 4-5hours to dedicate to the sub at the moment if I wore earphones. The best time for me is when I sleep.

When I go back to europe/uni then even then I rather play the hybrid (as its the most powerful) during sleep on my A2+ speakers.

For now since I cannot do it the way you speak of I have to settle for the mono way (phone) but shannon has said above that even on Mono this will be far more powerful than 5G.

Its only a matter of another week or so now and then when I'm back in Europe ill have the power of hybrid working on me. Smile

Day 3 Update - Sunday 23rd July 2017.

I woke and I'm not entirely sure but either I woke to a dream or I remembered that I had dreamed within 20mins of waking.

The dream was of the girl that I like that I have a level of oneitis on. Let me explain, this is a girl I would want to date in a heartbeat, she's gorgeous but age is in our way and I don't think I even register on her radar actually I'm sure she's turned off her radar towards me lol.

Its also maybe not oneitis because well I'm still happy to find other girls, see other girls, date other girls and get the best I deserve...but its not happening.

Either way I realised I was pining for this girl. Pining means I was longing for her, erm desiring her and missing her even though we havent spoke at all for a year and she goes to my uni (sad i know).

So besides this, again I was a little more productive. I have some things I want to do whilst I'm on this short break back home and 1 of those on this day was to get some cooking practise done so that I can eat better when I get back to uni. I was able to make some notes on the way I marinated and cooked chicken breasts but my notes and my writing were awful, and this id love for MLS to fix if it even can (note making anyone requires writing...hint hint).

Day 4 Update - Monday 24th July 2017.

Tonight I played the hybrid trickling stream, I may have had it a little bit louder so it was in my hearing attention whilst I was in bed. I couldnt sleep properly and was playing a game and surfing the net on my phone.

Sleep is terrible whilst I'm back at home but this is the life that I live unfortunately for the time being.

I woke terribly tired, sleepy, and exhausted.

I was okay later in the day but after eating some pizza that we had delivered, I felt tired once again, exhausted, lazy, sleepy and brain was foggy.

CAN PIZZA DO THIS? because it happens at uni at times to when I'm sat eating alone, I become all lazy mainly.

I hope MLS deals with laziness of a student too.

anyway so this is what I felt and even now whilst I've managed to grab my laptop at 2.29am (current time here) I'm in and out of slight sleepiness.

The biggest thing I noticed also was that we had ordered some curry yesterday from a local restaurant that makes this dish pretty darn well. It was my favourite Indian/pakistani curry (well 1 of them anyway), but the thing is, today when dinner came up in conversation I said we have zero to eat and so should order pizza.

Family agreed so we did. Now only an hour ago, yes at 1am I felt peckish and looked in the fridge and there was this curry.

How could I have forgotten what I ate the day before?

either way I have little more to say or to go on, so I'm assuming that maybe MLS won't be noticeable to me until I'm clearly on a learning environment, for me thats back at uni with my textbooks, for others that may going to music class, or martial arts.

is my assumption on this correct? thanks for reading.

What Eternity meant earlier was that you may be noticing changes caused by MLS. Just that you don't recognize them from being by MLS (or any other sub for that matter). So like I've told you before, stop saying you're a "resistor" you are just implementing another limiting belief for the subliminals to work against.

This brain fogginess/tiredness after eating has been reported and most likely caused by your body detoxifying. This may also mean that you will have a higher need for food as your brain will be working with a lot of things here at the beginning.

Yeah thats what I initially thought Eternity meant but maybe cos of it being so late I ended up going with it literally lol tbh I'm happy never to notice it as long as it works as thats all I want, to get past my issues with studying for this sub to smash through my procrastination etc.

Yes I've stopped saying I'm a resistor, and the reason for this is to simply accept MLS 5.5G and to wait for it to work whenever it does if it is already. I just want to notice it working and for it to work.

However I hope that this will be soon because Shannon said with Mono its still better than 5G, nevertheless I'm away from uni so this listening hopefully will clear the way to astound me once I'm back there studying for the resits that I have.

Day 5 Update - Tuesday 25th July 2017

Slept well, no brain fog today, no dreams that I can remember and no desire for the oneitis girl as I'm calling her.

Havent noticed any change in behaviour or memory. Not remembering anything more than usual and not able to decipher new information any quicker.

Yesterdays update was missing how I was exposed to new concepts that family were discussing in relation to monetary issues and home maintenance issues however I wasnt able to listen, pay attention or remember these.

I also tried to do some technical reading but wanted to just get it over and done with, and this wasnt related to my course but technical material of another kind. I can't even remember what now lol

I remember 1 of my MLS suggestions was to be able to break down, understand and remember new technical information far quicker than usual so can't remember if this is added in this sub.

I didn't add the above as yesterday i was tired and had brain fog so put didn't see the need to add this but adding it now as some information to reference back to.

Overall nothing to report yet.

><I wonder how powerful the healing and clearing for this sub is, because I hope it is as powerful as DMSI is or more so that it smashes through my internal garbage like a sledgehammer. I had hoped that this subs clearing and healing would be a separate track like DMSI, so that I could focus on healing and clearing first and then upload the remaining sub goals into my psyche but I trust what Shannon has done and so lets see what happens. ><

Additional info:

Just thought to log back and add this.

My plan for when I get back to Europe is to focus on sleeping right, i.e. getting the 8-9hours sleep I need.

To focus on eating healthily I hope, 6 small meals a day.

To focus on getting exercise into my daily schedule too, ideally 4-5times a week they say at the gym.

To try and get daily walking into my schedule, 7 days a week as its summer before the silly cold weather starts again which makes walking impossible outside.

All of the above I hope will assist MLS 5.5G and I hope MLS 5.5G will help to make the above possible and easier (since healthy sleep and eating I think are sub goals).

I also hope and plan that I will then schedule studying (making notes &/or reading notes &/or reading textbooks/websites &/or watch online video content and then to learn them) into my week, 6days a week if not 7.

LETS HOPE that MLS 5.5G makes all this happen for me without procrastination and issues.

The different color and size text makes it hard to read Jake as per amendment 4..

Thanks Ben, no idea where you have mentioned it before as its first I've heard of it but ill stick to the normal default now.
Day 6 Update - Wednesday 26th July 2017

At 48mins into the first loop/track, I desperately needed to have a bathroom break so had no choice but to pause and continue once I had come back.

I have no idea if this is the suitable way to proceed after a break so have posed this question to Shannon. Will await his reply and share on this thread.

Regarding anything else nothing to report. No brain fog noticed, no difference in diet/nutrition and nothing else.

Sleep etc as previously reported is same and limited however as always repeated, once back at uni I will strive to get into a pattern which I hope helps MLS or myself atleast.

Additional Information:
I forgot to mention that prior to the release of MLS 5.5G, I had order an awesome textbook from Amazon, which covers 2 main subjects superbly for me and assists with 2 others at the very least.

I also bought 2 books on women/relationships too.

The reason for these was because I have this dream, that MLS 5.5G will not only cure my procrastination but make my learning speed, my understanding and my IQ increase so much that I can cover not only those subjects of importance for my degree but also touch on other areas of interest/concern too, such as relationships etc.

I am still optimistic that this sub will work for me, however when will I know it is working and notice its results I have no idea.

I am sure MLS is and must be doing something even though I'm listening MONO right now, and I'm sure and hoping that it will be amazing.

My stay here at home in the UK is being prolonged and extended due to circumstances outside my control. I have and must return back soon as I need to study for resits in the first week of September as you all know that are following me.

These few weeks within August will thus be a greater test for MLS indeed.
