I do get Panic attacks but doing some breathing helps. I think MLS-5.5G is capable to teaching u to control anxiety also.
I would say that If u wanna work on ur anxiety Issues then get ARA-5.5G.. It will help as DRA-5.5G helped me..
You know u r having anxiety. So I urge u to give it a try.. After ARA-5.5G come back to MLS-5.5G again.

and 1 more thing, which are you telling me to try then, DRA or ARA or both? before getting back onto MLS?

Do you think DRA or ARA are more stronger than DMSI2.1 or E2 in knocking whatever is inside us because clearly something inside me is messing me up causing me to becomes a procrastinator.
I am suggesting that u try ARA-5.5G. Its more focused on fixing anxiety which stems from fear.
My problem was lack of motivation which was caused by depression. But ur case is more of a anxiety and fear type... When u r calm and free of anxiety only then will u be able to focus on what u really want to. Beings stress will only drain u and when u r drained then u won't feel like doing anything...
Being stress and anxiety free is really imp step in learning anything

I went and had a look at the new subs, such as DRA, ARA and there was PTPA and another SE it was called for self esteem. Out of all these you still think its ARA that will fix my procrastination and feeling of overwhelm and dread?
