I feel a small change inside of myself. I no longer bore a timid outlook anymore. I feel like taking up an MMA or something. Engulf myself in a new personality. Usually try one 20 minute session and then smaller 5 minute ones when I got the time. Usually before bed and during the evening.
I'm going to try as I wake up to get a good routine going. Meditation is the key to survive in this world nower days imho.
In terms of SM3 I'm seeing more internal changes. I feel more social with family and out and about with strangers. I am no longer a recluse in my room and I am feeling more testosterone (??) increasing as I feel more horny and aggressive. I can sense that something will happen soon enough in terms of female interaction. Stage 2 in a week. I will imagine more results when I begin that.

You can use 10 seconds mediation in every hour or particular hour besides your normal practice. There are ample apps for that too. I feel great when I see people do meditation rigorously. Once you get it , it's amazing and addictive.

It seems lately the various jobs I've been with and running around the houses getting references for my new job- All the people I've been on the phone with have been women and I've had nothing but either blunt, cold or just disrespectful tones from all of them since interacting.
Not sure whether this is a shit test thing or mega ultra defensive bitch shield or what but it's becoming increasingly noticable as of late. I haven't done anything to warrent any negative responses so what is it? Have I slept walk to their houses and creampied their daughters without knowing..? Crazy weird as of late
Although I feel scatter brained during the day I feel more manly once I meditate. Next Tuesday I begin stage 2. I hope I see better results as theres not been much but all internal in stage 1.

Usually when I wake up and most of the day I am still tried and logy. I have a monotonal speech and talk clumped sentences as my mind usually tries to get everything out at once.
When I meditate I feel more relaxed. I speak with more animation and interest. I vary my speech tonality and I can speak slower and more deliberately.
Since starting SM3 I've been planning major goals for 2016. I can feel it changing me in terms of motivation more than AM6 did...weird
Like AM6 is like "I feel helpless not having any goals and shitty too"
SM3 is "Okay time to make plans for this year, lets go!!"
I knew stage 1 of SM3 was an introduction into inner game stuff before you get access to the major tools for inserting your loaded gun into the girls skin tight holster.....lmao

Yeah it seems that the guys that use the same subs around the same time give or take report similarities in how they respond to the subs. I just hope we both end up satisfied with our results haha

Thats when other users have reported results. I am hoping I will actually get some interactions with women due to the fact that I haven't had any on stage 1

2 days into stage 2 and I am feeling it...very tired and headaches, although I'll get used to that in a day or two.
But since beginning the next phase I've been feeling really good. A bit more extroverted and social feeling. There have been changes when I went outside too
- Women stopping near me when I walk past them and redirecting their paths
- Women deliberately getting in my way just to apologise
- Eye contact with women
- Feeling calmer around females
- Having people be more nicer/friendlier
- More interest from women than stage 1
As you can see this is much different from stage 1. I have time off until I begin my next work so I'm going to go into the city where the women are way more plentiful to detect any more changes. So far I am liking it
I sense stage 2 will be more action packed
Would you say it's more tiring than AM6 ?
