felling a deep and depri. Probabaly because i was drunk this weekend. Also be depri afterwards and also hate to drink lately. Had a alcohol problem in the past. didnt drink in few month and now again....

Had alot of negative thoughts and slept ultra long.
Feel like really down, until i started do work for my goals
nearly seems like with AM i get more negative feelings if i dont purchase my goals, so i get pushed to stand up and do sth

feeling introverted and bit shy, but people seem to notice me alot and smile towards me. Feeling unsure what i want out of my life and in my future

was awake half the night and couldnt sleep. Alot of weird dreams but cant remember

What a great day. My meditations get better and deeper every day.
Feeling like my internal talk chnages slowly. In the past it was "you cant do this" you are a looser" "you never will ..." now its more positive.
I think subliminals + meditations + mirror affirmations + sedona method and alot of books/work gives incredible results.

Feeling bad and depressed. Didnt went out, instead just lying in bed....
Feeling like on big failure. Nothing is right in my life right now.
No social contacts, no job, no sex, no hobbies...
I work still alot on my beliefs, have the feeling i get stronger, but yesterday was a big setback.
Maybe first time i was real honest with myself, but gave me big motivation to change
