That's a good idea. You get rid of fear and negaivity and replace it with positivity, confidence, love, joy, self-suffiency and etc. Another benefit will be that you'll act more freely on your new programming without fear and negativity. I'm doing the same thing.
Well done Alec. After reading your posts I will also do a thread on my experiences

Quote:I realized something today. I realized that I am using these subliminals as an excuse not to live. I realize that I am afraid of going after what I want, I am afraid of messing up and failing. I tell myself once I get done with this subliminal and another one then I can do what I wanna do. Im just postponing life and not doing my best at things because jey whats I do "x" subliminal that issue will be solved.

Here is a thought that may sound strange but what if it is the very fact your using a subliminal on letting go of fear that this fear of failing is coming up and since it is coming up the subliminal is currently working on those fears.

Yeah I agree that might be the reason. It makes sense. Thanks for for your support.Smile

Thats exactly what I was thinking. I guess great minds think alike! Haha
Ok. A friend of mine died today. He was a good kid who had a bright future ahead of him. Instead of mourning his death I'm going to choose to be grateful for his life. The reason why I'm posting this is for all of you to think about your life and other peoples lives. And just take a moment to reflect and be grateful for your lives and the lives of everyone around you.
I'm sorry about your friend. I know how that feels and it's never easy, but I'm glad you can find some positivity in it.

I also know how that feels, and I offer my condolences. I can only hope this makes a positive difference for you somehow. It sounds like you're trying to take a positive road in response, which is good. Give yourself the freedom to grieve though, if that's what comes naturally.
yea.. I am sorry for your loss but like shannon said.. if you feel sadness do not fight it. you must go through it.
Sorry for your friend Alec.
Sorry Alec, hope your okay.
Really rough couple of days. I find myself more socially outgoing though. More confident, but whilei feel more confident I also feel more insecure and down on myself. I'm beating myself up a bunch more. It might be the sub it might not be, this has most likely been the most stressful time of my life, and before these subs right now i bet you I'd be a mess but to my amazement I'm doing ok.

What I learned from my friends death is that life can slip away at any moment. If your house burns down you can buy a new house, if you go broke you can always make more money, but if you miss a moment you can not ever get it back. Thats why I'm thinking about running carpe diem as well. I think I learned a valuable lesson and I want to use that sub because I think life wants me to.
carpe diem can be a fantastic choice.. just be sure to run it long enough. I really want to run it again soon but now is not the time. However, it may be the perfect time for you
So ive decided to stick with my goal and continue OF by itself for a few months. I really want to try out the others subs but I think I should just keep going with this one by itself for a while. I did something today that I wouldnt normally do. I recently had to do a project in biology class and I did it differently than all the other kids In a way I thought was cooler. I still met the requirements and stuff but I got a real crappy grade. So I decided to go up to my teacher and argue with him that just because I did mine different than what he expected that he shouldn't of given me a bad grade. I would have never done either of those things in the past.
I'm impressed Alec, when you start doing things you never would have done before it is awesome and shows the progress. I've had a few of those things myself lately.
