Really sleepy all throughout the day. I've noticed that my anxiety really is at an all time low. That's not saying it's perfect or anything but I'm much more relaxed and comfortable now. It's easier to be by myself and just go do things at my own pace. Like when I walk through the hallways out I'm doing my work when others are finished I'm comfortable just doing my own thing and going as slow as I feel like. There still is the wanting to be cool and popular and stuff but it has went down a great deal. I guess wanting to be cool is just normal for high school kid though. Overall im very happy with these results. Especially because how easy it is. Just press play.

Wow that new overcoming guilt, shame, and fear sub looks amazing. It has honestly everything I wanted to do instead of overcoming fear. Plus it has overcoming fear. I pretty sure that im going to get it.

but as shannon mentioned Alec make sure you are ready to let go of all that stuff first.

Yah I know I gotta be careful, and I think I will make moral good decisions without all that crap.
Got to keep going with this sub. It's just that dumb fear of losing your fears thing again thats making me want to quit and start a new sub. Overall it was a good day. Happy and relaxed for the most part and im starting to be more assertive instead of staying silent when somebody is making me mad.

That's an excellent choice you've made, Alec.
Its always been a fear of mine that if the law of attraction existed then I would accidentally hurt myself. That actually caused a bunch of stress for me and that stress made me think I was going to attract bad things and it would just be a bad cycle. Well I had a dream about the law of attraction last night. Somehow I managed to kill myself with it. It was kinda wierd.
From what I understand.. there are some things that you think that make you feel bad or good. The things that make you feel good can manifest quicker than these bad things. But you have to be careful about what you focus on. Sounds like you are letting go of these negative thoughts though. Looking at them in a different light. For the most part now.. If I happen to think of something bad.. I don't beat myself up about it because I obviously know it's bad.... I just laugh about it make a joke to myself and don't think anything of it. I think when you get over some of the more frightening thoughts and don't let them have control over you .. you don't have to worry about these things actually manifesting. It is dangerous though and I still have some moments where I don't appreciate some of things that pop into my head.

Luck magnifier looks AWESOME. I really want to do that one. Do you have any stories so crazy that you can't say it's just a coincidence?

Yeah it all kinda confusing. I guess it is best to take a lighthearted approach to it all.
I've not yet used Luck Magnifier, so I don't have any amazing stories from it yet. For stories from AM5, you'd have to read my log.

So unmotivated and tired the last two days. I domt.know if its the sub or all the food that I ate. I also realized that im starting to think for myself more and no just go along with stuff.
