One variable left to configure (DRS) before I can start building. This has been like pulling teeth from a chicken, but it's getting done. I'm hopeful I can finish configuring the DRS before the end of today.
Thank you all for your patience with me during this laborious and unexpectedly slow and challenging process.
Now configuration calculations are complete and the errands and other jobs I had to take care of today are finished.
The new way of doing things is more complex and intricate than the old way. More power, but it comes at a cost of complexity, which means it takes longer to build. So let's get to it, and hopefully this only takes 2-3 more days.
Just a note:
MLS 5.75.5G and OFv3 have the chemical state shift override module turned OFF, as indicated by the models.
Some very interesting changes to the build methodology.
OF v3 is now at the stage where I calculate the ASRB. After that I create the actual subliminal audio. Then I compress it, verify it, hash it. Then upload and then calculating ASRB2 and usage instructions.
It's definitely a more complex and more involved process to build 5.75.7G, and unfamiliar. So significantly slower. But that will be mitigated over time as I become more familiar with what is what and start making the required adjustments.
Just a heads up - When OF v3 is released, I strongly suggest that you avoid using the Hybrid format until you are familiar with how either or both of the others affects and works for you. In 5.75.7G it is entirely possible that Hybrid format is going to be pure overload, and may go away as a result. Please get to know Masked and/or Ultrasonic format FIRST, and understand how it affects you and what it does BEFORE you try Hybrid format.

I have finished updating the product description for OFv3, and I am in the process of figuring out loops per day, days on, days off, months of use.
This part of the job - determining loops per day, days on, days off and months of use - is, as I suspected it would be, like trying to pull teeth from a chicken. It seems to be almost impossible to get an answer from the models right now that is stable. I'm not sure why that is.
So far I have loops per day, and days on seems to be narrowed down to 2 options. Days off is dependent on what the Days On value is, and Months of Use depends on all previous options being specified. I'm still working on it, but as with previous aspects of this, I need to be as certain as possible that the answers I publish are correct since this is a huge change in how things work. Please bear with me on this. Trust me, it's not making me happy either.
Alright, I dosed up on a nice fat dose of caffeine and then I sat down and had a little talk with myself. I said, "If any part of me is trying to delay, interrupt, derail, resist and or otherwise slow down my release of this program (OFv3), you need to understand that it's absolutely going to be released regardless of what you do. I'm going to try to get an answer from the models again, and if I don't, I'm just going to release it with instructions on how they can find the right answer for themselves. It's going out, and that's not going to change. So if some part of me is interrupting, stop. It's pointless, because this program will be published regardless."
Then I proceeded to get answers to the questions I asked that were clearer and had higher confidence ratings than anything I have gotten in the last several days, and it took about what it usually takes when there's no issues. Hopefully that means we have accurate answers now. So we have that now, and all we need to do is wait for Ben to link them up and publish it.
That said... I also don't know how accurate these answers are because I'm not sure what a reasonable range of options to ask about is for this big of a jump from what we have ever seen before, so it's possible that the best answer is outside any of the ranges I asked about. I think that's unlikely, but it's still possible.
OF v3 has an ASRB of 120. (60 minutes of audio, no silence.) That was VERY unexpected. I was expecting something like 1 minute of audio to 1+ minutes of silence. But it makes some sense if the program is only used for 1 loop per day on, and that's what the models indicated. The full usage patterns that emerged from the models were as follows:
1 loop per day on, 2 days on and 3 days off, use the program for 6 months straight.
I need everyone to report on their experiences in their journals so that we can see how well this answer works, and if so, make adjustments.
Please remember the following two points:
1. Do not use Hybrid until you're familiar for at least a month of usage per format with how Ultrasonic and/or Masked affect you. Hybrid is a complete unknown right now. I don't know if it is overload or not. We need to understand how Masked and or Ultrasonic format work before anyone tries Hybrid, so that I know how to interpret the results you guys get from Hybrid.
2. Do not use this program any other way than instructed for AT LEAST 14 days, and ONLY change from instructions if there is a good reason you absolutely need to. Then and only then should you make changes to the instructed usage patterns. Don't change formats for at least a month. If you find that you need to change the instructed usage patterns, ask for help and we will try to find the best options together. I'll be glad to help and offer whatever support I can on this.
And finally, please don't have expectations. Let this program and this new technology gen show you what it can do without them. That will give us all the most accurate idea of what it is actually doing.
Thank you everyone who has supported me on this, and everyone for their patience in this matter. We should be publishing later today.
Now if you will excuse me, there's a nice thick ribeye steak out there with my name on it.
Enjoy, everybody. I look forward to the reports.
I'm going to have to take a little time off before I continue working. I had been planning to "take a day off" after OFv3 was released, but then I made a mistake. I ran a loop of OFv3.
How was that a mistake? Well, because I had managed to accumulate 16 hours of exposure to OFv2 the day before. I listened to it all night the night before and several hours the day before in an effort to help GF through dealing with one of her biggest fears. Then because I was so tired from doing that, I spaced out and forgot I had done that, and played OFv3 1 loop.
The results of doing that were that my brain involuntarily shut down a full 2 hours before my normal bed time, and I slept a total of 13 hours. Even after eating, I am still hours after waking up and eating too exhausted to work.
So moral of the story: don't do that. OFv3 is seriously powerful.
So gonna stop here and just rest until I am no longer exhausted. Cannot afford to make mistakes.
I'll be trying to determine what I am doing with pre-orders or not on UMSv2 as soon as I am able.
Okay, time to bite the bullet and commit. Today, when Ben gets a chance, we will be opening pre-orders for UMSv2, both Stage 1 and the entire 4 stage set. Let's do this!
Added a description of UMS v2. Just doing that ended my brain for the day.
What do you guys think? Should we start a thread showing all the crazy-ass emails we get?
